Welcome! We’re thrilled you’ve chosen DiStefano Brothers Construction to bring your vision to life. To keep you informed and involved every step of the way, we’re excited to introduce you to our online project management system, Buildertrend.

Buildertrend is your go-to hub for all things project-related. Here, you can easily:

  • View the detailed project schedule: Stay on track with milestones and anticipate upcoming phases.
  • Access daily logs: See who was on-site, what work was completed.
  • Visual updates: See progress firsthand with photos and descriptions of work completed each day.
  • Provide feedback and ask questions: Easily communicate with your team through comments and messages.
  • Review and sign documents electronically: Streamline the approval process and save time.

Step 1: Find the email

Keep an eye out for an email from distefanobrothersllc@buildertrend,com. The subject line will be “DiStefano Brothers Construction invites you to your project portal“.

Once you find it, click the “Activate your account” button. (See below for an example of what to look for.)

Step 2: Create your login credentials

Once you click the “Activate Your Account” link in your invitation email, you’ll be taken to a welcome page on the Buildertrend website. Your username will already be filled in. Click “Continue” to proceed to the password creation page.

Create a strong, unique password for this account. It must be at least 12 characters long.

Step 3: Login to your project portal

Now, log in to your DiStefano Brothers Project Portal using your new username and password.

The first time you log in, you’ll be given a quick one-minute tour of your portal. This tour will:

  • Show you a QR code to download the mobile app: This allows you to access your project portal from anywhere, at any time.
  • Introduce you to the information center and your project overview: Get familiar with the key features and information at a glance.
