In partnership with Kristen Clay Design, Green Hill Getaway is a transformative remodel and addition, converting the original single-story home with a loft into a vibrant two-story dwelling. Key aspects include adding a first and second floor addition of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a playroom, removing an existing spiral staircase and constructing a new custom staircase, and comprehensively updating the entire interior and exterior for a cohesive blend of functionality and coastal-modern aesthetics.
