Seaside Serenity

Welcome to the gallery showcasing our extensive Whole House Interior Renovation, a sweeping three-floor remodel that has transformed this property into the perfect East Coast summer retreat.

This project was a true testament to successful long-distance collaboration. With the homeowners primarily residing in California, the entire design process unfolded virtually—through countless Zooms, phone calls, and emails. From design concept to final build, communication was the key to bringing their vision to life flawlessly, despite the miles.

Step inside to explore the stunning results of this remodel, defined by an elevated coastal aesthetic—think light, bright palettes, pops of soft green, and rich, warm wood textures.

Highlights of the Remodel

• First Floor: We dramatically opened the space by removing a load-bearing wall, installing a steel beam to create a spacious new kitchen footprint. This floor features stunning European White Oak flooring and a redesigned stairway with custom stained oak treads.
• The Kitchen: A chef’s dream, featuring quartersawn oak and maple cabinets, quartz countertops, and a striking floor-to-ceiling wall of storage and appliance garages.
• Second Floor: A complete reconfiguration of the hallway and bathrooms improved flow and function, now featuring stylish finishes, mixed metal fixtures, and unique tile shapes.
• Basement: The space was newly finished with luxury vinyl plank flooring and upgraded lighting, adding valuable living area.
